In addition to offering poured concrete and concrete block foundations and crawl spaces, Traba Homes is pleased to be partnered with Superior Walls which offers state of the art pre-cast modular foundations and which was recently featured in the Buffalo Extreme Home Makeover show. These foundation systems provide a permanent barrier against sidewall water penetration, a steady climate in winter and summer thereby reducing energy loss and offering comfortable living. They also provide ready to finish pre-engineered built-in access and steel reinforced sides, all backed by the industry’s strongest guarantee. These precast foundations are dry, warm, smart, and superior in every way.
A1 MODULAR GARAGES
While both Pennwest and Excel offer integrated and extremely functional modular garages with their designs, Traba Homes offers modular garages through A-1 either with selected models or as stand-alone buildings. A-1 offers a full range of standard and custom sized panelized garages providing full exterior and interior skins with EPS cores. These garages have R-15 insulation value and are moisture and bacteria free. They also compliment the rest of our homes with their superior quality and fully featured designs.
